Performance Dance Company

My Dance Studio’s Performance Dance Company is a National Championship winning Dance Company comprised of talented dancers ranging in ages 7 to 18.  These young dancers are students of My Dance Studio, Inc. dance studio and audition annually to represent “their” dance studio.  Its purpose is to give students elite experiences in dance through performance opportunities, professional exposure and technical training.  

The students train in the classic styles of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and the more contemporary styles of Lyrical Praise and Hip-Hop.  Participants must also maintain an appropriate GPA, undergo proper etiquette training, learn table settings, and are taught proper interviewing skills at formal business luncheons.  They train and take dance classes up to 4 days a week for hours at a time.  Their earnest desires and passion for this Art has sparked a cord with not only their peers, but with the community as well.

A program such as this helps to supports the tuition and costume costs for each participant as well as convention fees and transportation costs through fundraising and sponsorships.  The Company is currently looking for both business and individual sponsors to help support the costs of the 200-2010 season.   Support in the donations of materials such as shoes, warm-ups, t-shirts, hats, and any other accessory merchandise would be greatly appreciated.  Monetary contributions are also appreciated.  In return we can offer exposure and credit for your donation through “Proud Sponsor” t-shirts, free advertising on our website, and during our touring performances.
